Oreo, our 1.5 yr old Pomsky, is extremely nervous around unfamiliar people and places but Kristie was so patient with her, taking extra time and really made effort to make Oreo feel comfortable and at ease. Anytime we gave her a bath at home, she'd whine and freak out. However, Kristie was able to calm her down. Kristie is very professional, the place was super clean and dog-friendly, and the grooming was done to perfection!  When we picked up Oreo her fur felt so soft, nails neatly cut and ears cleaned. Our dog has a heart condition and we have to avoid placing her in stressful situations. Kristie has a very clean, impressive home studio, and works on dogs on a 1:1 basis. This is the perfect environment for our dog, Khloe. She was completed within 90 minutes, and when I picked her up, not only did she look great, she was HAPPY!! I think I have found my forever groomer. Kristie is a very skillful and patient groomer. My Maltese had matting on her tail. Other groomers usually cut her short to get the mats out but Kristie took her time and got the mats out without shaving or hurting my dog. I really appreciate that. Wow, it was a wonderful surprise to find Kristie in my neighborhood on Yelp. Kristie is an experienced professional and knows her job thoroughly. Kristie has been trimming my dog's toenails for a couple of years.  I recently adopted a senior Lhasa, who was in desperate need of grooming. Unfortunately, Kristie was completely booked. A couple of days later she let me know of a cancellation which I booked immediately. Having just met Kristie at the first appointment, my dog was very comfortable with her. As I was not doing the pick up, (Kristie only does one dog at a time which is wonderful!) I can't say thank you enough to Kristie. I took my dog Kona to see her to get his nails trimmed for the first time and she was amazing! We've taken Kona to other dog groomers and yes I admit PetsMart, and traumatized him to the point where he won't let us touch his front paws. We tried to clip his nails ourselves and he hated it. He would growl and try to run away from us. With Kristie he was calm and barely flinched when she touched his paws.
